FPV RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. The use and operation of FPV drone equipment, including radio transmitters, long-range control systems, video transmitters (VTX), antennas, and other wireless communication devices, are subject to the rules and regulations of the Government of India. Certain radio frequency (RF) equipment may require approval, licensing, or operation only within permitted frequency bands as regulated by the Wireless Planning & Coordination (WPC) Wing, Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and other applicable authorities.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase, possession, installation, and operation of any FPV products comply with all applicable Indian laws, including regulations issued by the WPC, DoT, Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), and any other relevant government agencies. Customers should verify that the equipment they intend to use is legal for operation in their region and that all required permissions or licenses have been obtained before use.
By purchasing products from our store, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. We make no representation or warranty regarding the legality or suitability of any product for operation in a particular location or application. Our products are intended for lawful use only.
Our store shall not be held liable for any misuse of products, unauthorized operation, regulatory violations, fines, damages, or legal consequences arising from the use of products purchased from us. If you are uncertain about the legal requirements for operating FPV equipment in India, please consult the appropriate government authorities before making a purchase or using the equipment.
WARNING NOTICE
2. You acknowledge that you fully understand the inherent danger involved when operating multi-rotor and other model aircraft or vehicles. Spinning propellers can cause severe injury. Never work on your models with mounted propellers. Lithium Polymer (LiPo) batteries can be unstable if not used or charged correctly, which can include combustion or spontaneous ignition and fire. Our power systems, including motors, batteries, and electronic speed control (ESC) units, can draw significant current, in some cases over 30 amps, which can be dangerous. Prevent electrical shock by always working with powered electronic systems safely de-energized. Never short the electrical leads, reverse their polarity, or place them on your body at any time.
NO WARRANTY / LIABILITY
3. Vimana provides no warranty of any kind for any equipment it sells or distributes. You assume all risks for any products purchased or received from Vimana. Vimana and its employees are not liable for any instance of injury to you or others, or damage or destruction of property. Additionally, Vimana is not liable for any damages, whether consequential or not, resulting from the use or application of any Vimana-provided products or services. We sell our equipment expressly without warranty or performance for any use or situation. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the products are used safely and in accordance with their intended purpose.
3.1 Faulty Items
If an item you received from Vimana is deemed to be inoperable or faulty (“Faulty Item”) due to a manufacturing defect, Vimana may replace or repair that item at its sole discretion, if Vimana deems that the fault is indeed due to a manufacturing defect and not user misuse, including construction error. Vimana will not be liable for equipment that might have been lost and/or damaged as a result of the Faulty Item. As an example, if a video transmitter you received from Vimana is faulty and becomes inoperable during flight, causing you to lose your airframe, Vimana may replace the faulty video transmitter, but not any other equipment, such as the airframe, that might have been lost and/or damaged due to the faulty video transmitter.
3.2 Incorrectly Published Product Details
While every attempt is made to have accurate information on our website, Vimana is not liable for any issues that may result from incorrect product details published on the Vimana website.
